General Subscriptions

If within 7 days of subscription purchase you find the quality of our services unsatisfactory, you may raise a ticket through our application's customer help and support or call the customer care number of My Digital Manager. Upon review, if your dissatisfaction is deemed genuine, your subscription may be eligible for a claim of credit, replacement, or refund. If your complaint is not eligible for a refund, it will be noted and considered for an appropriate resolution.


Privilege Subscription

Please note that the Privilege subscription is not eligible for a refund under this policy.

No Waiver

Shipping is not applicable for business subscriptions.
